Medano Beach (Playa El Médano) The Dune Beach - Medano Beach is the main safe swimming beach in Cabo San Lucas and the most popluar. It begins at the east side of the harbor and extends along Cabo San Lucas Bay all the way to Villa del Palmar.

Lover's Beach - Playa de Amor is small and sparkling. Most people arrive by boat from the dock at Cabo San Lucas, though you can get there by hiking over the rocks on Land's End Beach from the Hotel Solmar. This is the only place where you walk from the Sea of Cortez to the Pacific Ocean in a matter of seconds. The contrast is unforgettable.

Land's End-In front of the Finisterra and Solmar Hotels and Terrasol condominiums you will find Lands End Beach. Located on the peninsulas very tip, this beach is very wide and smooth and wonderful for strolling, snoozing, sun-bathing and listening to the sound of the surf. Whale watching and enjoying the scenery are favorite pastimes.

Widow's Beach-Playa de las Viudas, Km. 11, is great for swimming. It is a little known beach and is an insider favorite. Tidepools with interesting marine life make it an underwater explorer's dream. Suitable for families and children.

Acapulquito-The "Hot" surfing beach. If the surf is too rough for your tastes, don't worry...people-watching makes up for it.
